I’ve had these for a bit but only used them in the oven (our recreational deck has been under construction and finally opened yesterday A YEAR LATE).

These are great for picking hot potatoes out of water when I’m done boiling them. My only gripe is that they are on the smaller side (I have small hands and they fit great, but I’m sure they’ll be nearly useless to my boyfriend) and do not have a lining of any kind. The lack of lining takes away from the insulation factor, so you can dip your hand in quickly but I don’t think you could hold your hand under for any longer than that (although I can’t think of why you’d need to?). Still, it seems like a good product.

Great will buy again.

These are awesome. I use them to grab things out of the oven as a trial before using them as BBQ gloves for my smoker and was impressed about how secure my grip on pans was. The insulating factor is surprising, I felt no transfer of heat to my hands. Will buy again as a gift for others at Christmas.

Totally awesome.

Figured eventually I’d use these to clean out the pellets from our treager bbq, didn’t think it’d be the first time I used them though. I didn’t get burned, but smoldering coals managed to melt through a plastic bucket, and essentially melt through, smolder through, 2×4’s under the bucket on the deck.

Silicone Gloves

I use these silicone gloves around my back yard grill. They work well for my purposes. They do get kind of hot while pulling sweet corn out of a pan of boiling water. So I am keeping a pair of tongs around for that purpose. Other than that they work great.

They work well for the price. I like that I can wash them in the sink after using them. They don’t transfer heat so I can touch most anything on the grill. They are a little awkward to get and off. That is the reason I gave them three stars. Their shape seems a little off for my hands. Also They are a little tight to get off.

Work great, just wish they were a tad bit larger. Hands get stuck inside from sweat.

Not good to use with cast iron pans.

It was ok when cooking, a bit warm. But when I lift the cast iron pan off the burner and hold it get hot very fast. Also with the weight of the pans I never felt 100% safe using these gloves. Seemed like the pan was about to slip out of my grip.

Good Quality, On Time

Purchased as a gift ergo never used personally however I’m sure gloves will be appreciated and will perform as expected as physical product looks to be of high quality silicone rubber as described in product info.
